Producer at Accolade John Skeel had seen my work in the local
Science Fiction Con Art Shows and hired me as a contractor on this
project. Betty Cunningham came on as Art Director and we worked together
with a great team for nearly two years to complete this game and the
whole universe around it, including a comic book. Unfortunately the
target market was for the Sega Genisis and SuperNintendo and the company
felt it could not make enough money marketing the game so it was
cancelled at completion.
Betty
designed the characters used here, but I rendered them. I designed and
drew all other elements depicted here, including the logo and
"Spikey-Bits". In the game itself I designed the equipment,
builtt tile-based play levels. and created numerous sprite
animations - including the Dragon boss for the Flight Sim "Wing" level,
below ( here presented at actual game size!!)
