Having at this point very little digital photo reference available, I
cobbled together the image of the Barbarn and Scarecrow out of pieces I
could find in the two CD Image collections I ad, then redrew (with
mouse) over on top. I built the BatBarn itself in 3d Studio Max
(learning the program as I went), which was later incorporated directly
into the game. Loving Halloween (but the light side of it!) I made
the scene bright and fun. John especially loved the purple flowers by
the spooky tree on the right. He did appreciate the attention to detail
captured in teh phases of the moon tests on teh bottom, which I found
necessary to try to mesh up the lighting conditions inthe scene. I
did manage to meet Steven Spieberg while working on this project.
